![]() *Performax offers the Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Program: The Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Program (AFAP) is a water exercise program created by the Arthritis Foundation for people with arthritis and related conditions. Participants will be encouraged to work at a level that is comfortable for them. Classes are conducted by trained, AFAP-certified instructors and are designed to improve flexibility, joint range of motion, endurance, strength and daily function, and to decrease pain. Warm water exercise can also result in improved sleep and overall quality of life!
